Gary Tymn, the creator of CalcTime, has over 40 years experience in the Time
Recording industry. He understood the needs of the small business owner.
CalcTime™ was developed as an inexpensive, easy to use, self contained Time
Clock. It has been a favorite by customers for over 12 years. Gary recently
retired from the industry and we know you will enjoy his creation, CalcTime™
CalcTime™ was developed to fill a business owners need. Many businesses do not
have a computer on-site, but still want something that will total the time and
print out reports. Smart managers also dislike purchasing time cards at 8 cents
per employee, per week. However, they need a system that will correctly figure
overtime and total the employees punches. Others haven't got time to learn
another software program, and some need a portable, completely self contained
time clock system.
A simple solution was needed. The reality is, all "simple solutions" take
a lot of work (years) to develop. This down-to-earth system works
beautifully.
Installation is easy, the learning curve is very short. Employee operation
is as simple as pressing 1-2-3 ENTER.
